   Caption:  Alwardt, Rodgers, Oil, and Green Ridge Creeks show percentages of fine sediment (<4.7 mm) in excess of the TMDL target of 30% fine sediment for fines <6.4 mm  set for the Garcia River (red line).  Such high levels of fine sediment are associated with high egg to fry mortality for salmonids.  The reference TMDL target shown is for 6.4 mm and is thus artificially high for the data.
