Habitat: Pool Depth by Percent Survey Length for Eastern Tribs |

    |
Caption:  The California Department of Fish and Game measures maximum depth for every pool surveyed. Pools with depths in excess of 3 feet provide higher quality salmonid rearing and holding habitat. These higher quality pools comprise less than 5% of the survey length in all but Eubank Creek and Sholes Creek. Streams are sorted by size because large streams (top) naturally provide deeper pools than small streams (bottom). See Info Links for more information.
