Caption:  Floating weekly average water temperature of Daugherty Creek at its convergence with the South Fork (site 79-4) exceeded 16.8 degrees C in all five years of record. This indicates that coho salmon production in this reach is limited by temperature. The 16.8 degree C stress threshold for coho salmon was chosen based on Welsh et al. (2001).
