This is a map of the EPA Landcover/Landuse in the Salmon Creek sub-basin derived from a 1992 Landsat image. The large areas
of Non-Forest in the west and southern portions of the sub-basin are grassy coastal plains and pasture. Coniferous forest and mixed
forest dominate the northern portions of the Salmon Creek watershed. Hot pink shows residential development around Bodega Bay.
